The game would later get a release on iOS in 2012, and the game’s lead developer happens to be Ace Attorney creator, Shu Takumi. Ghost Trick: Phantom Detective was created by Shu Takumi, the creator of the Ace Attorney series, and is now back in a long-requested HD remaster of the original 2010 release Yasumasa Kitagawa, the popular composer who created the music for The Great Ace Attorney Chronicles, has created a remastered 1-to-1 soundtrack for the entire game. There’ll also be an extras menu, featuring a bevvy of bonus content including brand new artwork and music produced and rearranged since the game’s original DS release in 2010. In addition, these remasters will be tailored to each new platform – with touch controls on the Switch, for example – and include some brand new to console Ghost Puzzles. The remaster will include a bunch of updates and new features to the DS original – including of course an upgrade to the game’s visuals to support 1080p and 60fps. Waking up as a ghost in a junkyard, it’s up to you to use your new ghostly powers to both investigate the crime, and manipulate the environment in order to uncover clues and progress through the story. A port of the Nintendo DS title Ghost Trick: Phantom Detective, a detective game where you solve crimes as a spirit named Sissel, was announced by Capcom during todays Nintendo Direct. In case you’re unfamiliar, Ghost Trick: Phantom Detective sees you take on the role of Sissel – he’s investigating a murder from the unique position of being the victim.
